1. A 53 year old man with a family history of heartburn complains of pain in his chest. An endoscopy reveals the OGJ moves more then expected when the patient breathes

 

 

2. A 76 year old ex-maid to the Queen of Austria enters the Endoscopy unit at St. Mary’s after she has been referred by her GP. She says she has been feeling unwell for the last three months and has been vomiting blood regularly. She feels depressed and has lost her appetite.
